Reporting a problem

Include the tool you used, your browser and device, and the error message you saw. Describing the file format and dimensions is often enough to start. Please do not send sensitive images or personal information you do not want to share.

Before you write

Check that the file is a still JPEG, PNG or WebP, is no larger than 20 MiB, and has no more than 24 megapixels. If an export is too large, try smaller dimensions or a different format. Our guides explain the common settings.
