Your images stay with you
The image tools process your selected files locally in the browser. PixelDesk does not have an image-upload endpoint, and it does not store your images in an account or database.
What happens when you choose a file
The page reads the selected file into browser memory to check its format and dimensions. It decodes the image and creates a new export using the browser's canvas APIs. The download is generated locally. Clearing the tool or leaving the page releases its image references. We do not save selected files to local storage.
What your browser keeps
Three things stay on your device, in your browser, and are never sent to us. For offline use, the browser keeps a copy of the site's own pages, scripts and artwork; your images are not part of it. Your watermark text and batch filename prefix are remembered in local storage so you don't have to type them again. If you choose Continue with this result in another tool, or share images to the installed app from another app, those images are held in the browser's IndexedDB until the tool you pick opens and deletes them. If that never happens, the next PixelDesk tool you open removes it once it is ten minutes old. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes all of it.
Ordinary website requests
Your browser requests HTML, styles, scripts and artwork from the site's host. Selecting the built-in sample requests that sample from the same host. Like other websites, the hosting provider may handle request information such as an IP address, browser details and requested URLs. Selected image contents are not part of those requests.
Cookies, analytics and advertisements
PixelDesk uses Google Analytics 4 only if you choose Allow in the analytics banner. Until then, no analytics script loads and nothing is sent to Google. With your permission, Google Analytics sets cookies and records page views and tool steps, such as opening a tool, loading an image, creating a result and downloading it, along with the tool name and file format. These events never contain your images, file names or file contents. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. You can change your choice at any time with Analytics settings in the footer; declining removes the analytics cookies. This version has no advertising.
Contacting us
If you email contact@operancelabs.com, your email provider and our email provider handle that message. Include only information you are comfortable sharing. The image tools do not automatically send us your files.
Your choices
You can use the sample instead of a personal image, clear the current workspace, or close the page. Browser downloads remain on your device until you remove them. For privacy questions, email contact@operancelabs.com.
