Rotate & flip: common questions
Can I mirror an image horizontally or vertically?
Yes. Enable Flip horizontally for a left-to-right mirror or Flip vertically for a top-to-bottom mirror. You can combine these settings with a 90-, 180- or 270-degree rotation.
Why do width and height swap after rotation?
A 90- or 270-degree rotation exchanges the image dimensions. For example, a 1,536 × 1,024 source becomes 1,024 × 1,536. A 180-degree rotation keeps the original dimensions.
